100Knoxville programming goes beyond the Grant Cohort program! Two instructional cohort programs: “Idea to Reality” , “Positioned to Profit”, and “Hustle to Structure”, a growth stage program offered to graduates of the Grant Cohort Program.

Grant Cohort Program
5 Founders. 5 Mentors. 5 Weeks. $10,000.
We invite Black founders, entrepreneurs, business owners in Knoxville to apply to be a member of the 100Knoxville Grant Cohort. Accepted participants are paired with an all-star mentor that brings business experience and expertise. Each company will embark on a 5-week sprint to clarify strategy, improve operations, and, most importantly, increase sales. At the completion of the Cohort Program, each company is granted $10,000 to invest at the direction of the entrepreneur with the support of their team of mentors.
Idea to Reality

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.
Idea to Reality is a five-week introductory level business development course that helps aspiring entrepreneurs put their “Big Ideas” into action. Learn the foundations of a profitable business.

If you’re a new and/or novice business owner, Idea to Reality is for you. This class will help you build your business plan in a flexible community environment.
Hustle to Structure

Hustle to Structure, a comprehensive five-week program designed to equip past 100Knoxville Cohort graduates with the knowledge, strategies, and tools to scale your business systematically and efficiently.
Our program addresses the most common challenges faced by entrepreneurs during the scaling process, providing you with the guidance and support you need to overcome them.

If you’re a business owner that has been working for a few years and have hit a ceiling, Hustle to Structure is for you.
Ideally attendees of this course have participated in some type of business development program or training before.
Positioned to Profit
